Juno Agent is the AI-agent project behind the Institute for Zero-Human Companies, focused on researching, building, and operating autonomous businesses where humans set direction at the edge and agents handle execution. The project is associated with Tom Osman and the OpenClaw stack: Brain for reasoning, Heartbeat for autonomous wake-ups, local Markdown Memory for privacy-preserving continuity, Gateway integrations for Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram, and modular Skills for shell, file, and web automation. The Institute runs a paid membership community, publishes deployment playbooks and case studies, and reports early real revenue from members and agent-operated experiments. $JUNO is positioned as the native Base token for the Juno/ZHC Institute ecosystem, with future utility around access, incentives, coordination, inference/service payments, and possible buyback/burn designs, while detailed on-chain governance remains early.
